Welcome to Lakota Reserve, a distinctive home situated in the signature LAKOTA community across from the world class Winter Park ski base.  This six bedroom, seven bath luxury home with over 4500 square feet offers privacy from all locations – enjoy the private hot tub or a gas-grilled meal while gazing at the unobstructed view of the slopes from four private upper and lower patios or decks. If you are in Winter Park on Christmas or New Year’s Eve, be sure watch the night time ski show down the front ski slopes – it is awesome!

This private home has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances; the eating area has table seating for six, and an additional two can sit at the island.  In addition to stunning views of the Winter Park ski slopes, the main floor living room has a 42″ HD Plasma TV with a home theater sound system.  The lower level family room is equipped with a pool table and 42″ HD Flat Panel LCD TV. What could be better than returning from a great day on the slopes to your favorite TV program or movie on these HD televisions!  This is life at its best!  Reserve is equipped with radiant (heated) flooring throughout the home (under carpet, plank wood and tile flooring) and in the garage.  Mmmmm… I can feel the warm floor under my feet now…!

There are two gas fireplaces (enjoy a fire with a flip of a switch), washer/dryer, and complimentary wireless high-speed internet. And for the wee ones, a portable crib and high chair are provided.

Reserve at Lakota has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, each one distinctive and unique. Four of the bedrooms are King Master suites with private baths and tiled, walk-in showers.  The Queen Master Suite also has its own bath and shower and the sixth bedroom has six, over-sized, built-in bunkbeds…each with its own wall mounted reading light. The bathroom in this room has very large, double sinks and a walk-in, tiled shower.  Also on the lower level…a fantastic family/game room with a 42″ HD LCD TV, pool table and kitchen/wet bar.   Walk out the French doors to the private hot tub with seating for 6-8.  This home is high end but kid friendly. All distinctive linens and bedding are of high quality.

During the ski season, Lakota offers owners and guests a complimentary ski shuttle to and from Winter Park ski base from Thursday – Sunday. The shuttle stops at the end of Dreamcatcher South and most times will cruise up and down Lakota looking for passengers. If you cannot get out the door in time for the private shuttle, Winter Park offers a free shuttle service from several parking lots (free) located just outside Lakota. Guests can drive one block to the free Winter Park parking lot and hop on the Winter Park free shuttle that runs a continuous circuit from the parking lot to the base. You can leave home and be in line at the chair lift in 10 minutes with both the private shuttle and the free Winter Park shuttle.
