Welcome to Elk Run, a luxury mountain home located in the distinctive community of Elk Run. As an end unit of a gorgeous four-plex, this Elk Run condo offers privacy as well as unobstructed views of the Continental Divide.
This amazing home is on two levels and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is nestled in the pine trees and is very close to the national forest offering 600 miles of trails for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, fishing, and off-road vehicles. The options are endless!
Elk Run is conveniently situated a half mile above downtown Winter Park, where most of the restaurants and retail shopping are located. Just two miles down the road is the town of Fraser, where there is a Safeway grocery store, liquor store, and Ace Hardware are located. In the summer, Fraser offers a fantastic local rodeo for its visitors, and many other activites too numerous to mention! The free Winter Park Ski Shuttle stops within a half block from this condo and will deliver you to the ski base within 10 minutes – or you can simply drive two miles to the free parking located at the ski base.
Elk Run offers guests a large and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen for even the most discerning cook. There are granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six with extensions that will accommodate a total of eight. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience as well as an attached garage, free wireless internet and a new private hot tub located on the main level deck. Imagine soaking in the hot tub while gazing at the gorgeous Continental Divide! What could be more relaxing?
The living room is equipped with a distressed leather sofa, a reclining chair, and a fantastic stone fire place that lights with a flip of a switch. In addition, there is a 37” LCD TV with a DVD player . The master suite is located on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. A separate bathroom houses a Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower with a bench.
The lower level of Elk Run has a second living room that has a 32” LCD TV with DVD player, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, wet bar, and a foosball table. This room is dedicated to the guest that still has energy left after a great day of skiing or mountain biking! The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bathroom. The third bedroom provides two twin over twin bunk beds that will sleep four. A guest bathroom with double sinks completes this level. All bedrooms are appointed with high quality linens and bedding.
